Shaped a Shopify to Shopify Plus migration for a mission-driven sustainable fashion brand, building a multi-currency internationalisation architecture and connecting CRM, search, personalisation, payments, and reviews into a unified commercial stack. The CRO programme delivered an 84% uplift in conversion rate and a 45% increase in average order value.
Directed the migration of a heritage British lifestyle brand from an end-of-life bespoke platform to Shopify Plus, designing for editorial commerce and homeware expansion from the outset. Redesigned and replatformed the UK's leading electric scooter retailer to Shopify Plus, taking a conversion-first approach grounded in user testing and built around a bespoke product comparison tool. Extended into European markets via Shopify Markets, with an architecture built to scale further.
Replatformed a premium Norwegian travel goods brand from a bespoke platform to Shopify Plus in four months, building five regional B2C stores alongside a parallel B2B wholesale architecture on Shopify Markets. Defined the internationalisation and conversion strategy — personalisation, upselling, and bundle discounting — to underpin rapid global expansion.
We love breaking new ground. This project was one of the first Shopify stores globally to implement Shopify Markets, proving that localized, international e-commerce can be seamless and stunning.
